Return Process

If you’re not satisfied with the product’s quality or it arrives with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at contact.ramusteez@gmail.com for assistance. If a return is necessary, send the item to:

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, and our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and stress-free.

Return Procedure

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid return label. For all other return or exchange requests, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags and any included accessories. Returns or exchanges can be initiated via our website or by email.

Please note: Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches our facility, we will inspect it to confirm its original condition. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent.

If you report a defective or damaged item after the 30-day return period, we’ll still work with you to find a satisfactory solution, such as repair or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, email us at contact.ramusteez@gmail.com for further help.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regularly priced items. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to replace it. To request an exchange, email contact.ramusteez@gmail.com and send the item to our return address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return an item that wasn’t as described, please email contact.ramusteez@gmail.com for guidance on next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include the original invoice. After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
