DCMA

Ramusteez provides an online platform where users can design and sell custom T-shirts and other merchandise.

We have a strict policy against any product designs that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections.

If you believe your intellectual property has been violated on Ramusteez, please follow the steps outlined below.

A. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

Ramusteez will make a good-faith effort to remove or restrict access to any content believed to be infringing once we receive a properly completed notification.

Accounts found repeatedly violating this policy may be terminated. To report an infringement of your copyright or other IP rights, please submit a notice containing the following details to our Designated Agent:

  • Clear identification of the copyrighted or protected work, along with registration details if applicable.
  • Specific identification of the infringing content, including:
    • A description of how your rights are being infringed.
    • A direct link or detailed location on the Ramusteez platform to help us verify the issue.
  • Your full contact details: name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the use of the material is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  • A second statement, also under penalty of perjury, affirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid complaint:

  • Ramusteez will remove or disable access to the reported content.
  • The user who uploaded the content will be notified.
  • Repeat offenders will face account termination.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If a user believes that the removed or restricted content is not infringing, or that they have the legal right to use it, they can submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and its prior location on the platform.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that they believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Their full contact details: name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A declaration agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in the district of their address—or if outside the U.S., where Ramusteez is located.
  • Their physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, Ramusteez may forward it to the original complainant, notifying them that the content could be reinstated within 10 business days. If the complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within 10 to 14 business days, Ramusteez may, at its discretion, restore the content.

Important Note:
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents an infringement claim can be held legally responsible for damages, including legal fees.
